Champagne Hits The Spotlight

Champagne Brown, Winner of Lovin' Cup Idol Season 2 takes the stand. Brown accepted the reward of a Nintendo Wii, a recording session at Webster's GFI Studios and a $300 check. Brown has enjoyed working with Lovin' Cup Events, and continues to bring a crowd with her soulful voice, resembling the voice of Miss Adele but her personality brings an edge to her amazing tone. Displayed on the left sits the 4 finalists of Lovin' Cup Idol 2011; from left to right: Chris Zielinski, Jocelyn Mesiti, Logan Van Epps, and Champagne Brown. Brown contributes her time by stopping in time to time to sing for Open Mic, and also has a few projects in mind. Brown says she's planning a Charity Event for Lovin' Cup with a mixture of Fashion, and Music. "Lovin' Cup has no idea of what I am going to bring to the table, I hope to make "The Cup" a place that interests everyone," says Brown. The Charity Event, "LovinBums" hits Lovin' Cup on May 9th. Champagne also enjoys sewing and has worked on her first show collaborating with Crystal Torres in the show "PINK," with her designs "Sweets" by Champagne. As we have witnessed, Miss Champagne Brown is one quite talented female that continues to bring entertainment to her community in any way possible. Brown will be opening up for Honeyboy Carenco at Waterstreet Music Hall on Thursday, April 21 at 8pm. Admission is $10.
